Combination Bio was founded to bring novel technologies from Academic Institutions to the clinic and commercialization. We are a group of biopharmaceutical executives who have numerous years of experience with private and public companies, as well as drug development, clinical trial execution, commercialization and acquisitions of companies. We believe these skills are aligned with the goals of Combination Bio and allow us to move novel technologies towards becoming life-changing medicines.
Our business plan is a modified “hub-and-spoke” model, where the spokes are only decentralized when their stage warrants such a cost. We believe this is the most efficient process in the development of drugs and conducting clinical trials, as well as limiting dilution to the spokes until it becomes necessary to build out the spoke with dedicated employees.
